Erudite Innovation (EI-User Acceptance Testers): Responsible for defining the testing strategy and test plan in collaboration with customer’s QA/Test Manager, developing test scripts based on user stories together with product owners and business users, ensuring environment and test data readiness, and performing primary test execution.
b. Customer Business Users/Product Owners: Serve as Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).They review the vendor‑prepared test scripts at the beginning and validate the test results at the end. Their involvement is focused on high‑value decision‑making and final validation, minimising operational strain.\
