1. Menyediakan bahan-bahan pengajaran dan alat bantuan mengajar (ABM) serta mengawalselia peralatan dan bahan latihan.
2. Menyampaikan latihan teori/amali mengikut jadual mengajar yang telah ditetapkan di samping memberi galakan penyertaan pelatih dalam pembelajaran.
3. Membimbing serta memberi khidmat nasihat kepada pelatih.
4. Menyediakan dokumen penilaian, melaksanakan penilaian dan merekodkan keputusan penilaian pelatih selaras dengan keperluan piawaian kualiti yang ditetapkan.
5. Merekod kehadiran harian dan melapor disiplin pelatih kepada pengurus dan penyelaras latihan.
6. Mengurus Program Latihan Dalam Industri (LDI) meliputi:
i. Mengenalpasti penempatan atau pertukaran penempatan pelatih bagi Program Latihan Dalam Industri (LDI)
ii. Mengedarkan buku log
iii. Membantu melaksanakan kawalselia LDI pelatih Latihan Peralihan PERHEBAT.
7. Menyediakan dokumen persijilan pelatih.
8. Membantu mendapatkan maklumbalas penilaian pelaksanaan latihan.
9. Melapor kerosakan Aset & Inventori latihan serta Alat Bantuan Mengajar (ABM) di bawah seliaan.
10. Mengurus permohonan dan pemulangan ABM serta peralatan kursus.
11. Membantu melaksanakan taklimat program khas berkaitan latihan dan program yang diuruskan oleh PERHEBAT.
12. Melaksanakan latihan di bawah program latihan khas PERHEBAT.
13. Mengemaskini data outcome pelatih 6 bulan selepas tamat perkhidmatan. .
14. Mematuhi prosedur ISO 9001:2015 termasuk peraturan-peraturan yang ditetapkan.
15. Menjalankan tugas-tugas lain yang diarahkan dari semasa ke semasa.
