- Job Requirements* Microservices Expert: Proficient in the Spring Boot / Cloud ecosystem; deeply understand service registries, load balancing, and distributed transaction mechanisms.* Data & Messaging: Proficient in the usage and performance optimization of MySQL, Redis, and MongoDB; deeply understand Kafka architecture and tuning.* SysOps & Tools: Familiar with Linux OS; skilled in using systemctl, netstat, and other command-line tools for troubleshooting and network analysis.* CI/CD Pipeline: Hands-on experience with GitHub CI/CD (GitHub Actions), including building and maintaining automated development workflows.* Language Skills: Excellent bilingual communication skills in English and Chinese (both verbal and written), comfortable working in a cross-cultural environment.Preferred Qualifications* AI Native Developer: Familiar with AI coding agents such as Cursor, Claude Code, and GitHub Copilot / Codex, with a proven track record of integrating AI tools into daily workflows for refactoring or automation.
