Documentation & Compliance: Prepare final AOC (CIPL) and other shipping documents, liaise with authorities for logistics documentation such as FTA, COO, and Heat Treatment certificates, ensuring all import/export processes are compliant and efficient.
Customer & Team Collaboration: Track outbound shipments, provide regular updates to customers, respond to logistics inquiries, and coordinate with warehouse teams on loading and stuffing prioritization.
