- To report supervisor of any problem encountered concerning jobs they are carrying. - Test the machine before main work begins to be sure to ensure that everything is in order. - clean up the machine parts after every work procedure. - ensure that machines and measurement equipment are calibrated and recalibrated before and after production procedures.

1. Producing harden parts on Furnace machines. 2. Studying and interpreting drawings, specifications to determine hardness of finished parts, sequence of operations and set-up requirements. 3. Communicating with supervisor, engineers, production control, quality control and other shop personnel for assignments and resolution of quality issues. 4. Keeping equipment and work area clean and orderly. 5. Performing basic preventive maintenance on equipment. 6. Maintaining Harden production records.
