Perform all plumbing repairs, carpentry, handyman and maintenance on an assigned property or building. • Install new construction equipment in accordance with established procedures. • Ensure proper installation of fixtures and systems. Maintain existing installations within the scope of practice for safety purposes. • Maintain accurate records regarding work performed including time spent working on projects. • Ensure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations concerning water treatment systems. • Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion. • Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail. • Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
Minimum SPM/SKM or diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience as handyman. • Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more. • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work. • Communication skills to exchange straightforward information. • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset. • Have experience in material arrangement and logistic.
