Quality Continuous Improvement – proactively identify, lead and execute quality improvement projects to systemically improve baseline area quality performance in achieving Zero-Defect target by structurally performing risk assessment, eliminating systemic quality risks and implementing firewall and system control.
Develop and maintain simplified production planning models derived from detailed process simulations, ensuring accuracy and reliability for operational planning
We are seeking an experienced engineer to provide global support for our Petrochemical businesses, with a focus on production planning optimization. The ideal candidate would have process knowledge / background in Olefins or Aromatics, enabling them to develop, sustain, and deploy work practices and technologies that ensure optimal model health for accurate crude and feedstock purchasing and run plan signals.
MES Implementation (Project Phase): Represent equipment engineering in the MES rollout. Define equipment-specific workflows, setup/recipe controls, qualification requirements, and equipment states.
MES Implementation (Project Phase): Represent Turret, Tape & Reel equipment engineering in the MES rollout. Define workflows, setup/recipe controls, and equipment states.
MES Implementation (Project Phase): Drive manufacturing process design within the MES. Define process flows, routing, material handling, and traceability.
Conduct Technical Due Diligence: Travel to semiconductor fabs, OSAT plants, data centers, and equipment assembly sites to inspect machinery and infrastructure, verify setup progress, and validate project feasibility.
Conduct surveillance of production and injection systems, including measured & allocated phase rates, pressures, temperatures, and volume loss, then collaborate with the cross-functional team to develop optimized production / injection plans ensure data is validated and adheres to applicable standards
