JOB DESCRIPTION : EXECUTIVE, MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct school tours and provide program consultations to prospective students and their families, showcasing the unique features and benefits of our international school.
2. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive enrolment and promote the school's programs and offerings.
3. Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, search engine marketing (SEM), email marketing, and online advertising platforms.
4. Develop engaging content for marketing materials, website, social media channels, and blog to attract and engage the target audience.
5. Manage and maintain the school's social media presence, including regular updates, content creation, community engagement, and monitoring brand mentions.
6. Collaborate with the admissions team to develop and execute lead generation and conversion strategies, ensuring a smooth transition from marketing efforts to the enrolment process.
7. Conduct market research to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities, providing insights to inform marketing strategies and initiatives.
8. Organise and participate in events, fairs, and exhibitions to promote the school locally and internationally, and build relationships with key stakeholders.
9. Monitor and analyse key marketing metrics, such as website traffic, social media engagement, lead generation, and enrolment conversion rates, to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the school's marketing strategies remain innovative and competitive.
11. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including teachers, administrators, and students, to gather stories, testimonials, and other content to support marketing initiatives.
