- Strategic Production Planning and Execution: Develop and implement strategic production plans, including capacity planning and resource allocation, to meet business demands. Analyse production data, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimise utilisation and maximise throughput. - MRP & ERP Management: Utilise and manage MRP/ERP systems for production planning, material requirements, work order management, inventory monitoring, production scheduling, and reporting.
