Develop and deliver courses that integrate communication theory, digital platforms, and emerging media practices.
Business development and pipeline ownership: Drive new business by proactively engaging brands, agencies, and strategic partners. Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to closing, and build a healthy, growing pipeline from the outset.
Revenue targets: Set and deliver on revenue KPIs. Ensure that the pipeline has a good conversion rate and that revenue targets are met.
Team building and leadership: Define the processes, playbooks, and structures that will support future hiring. As the team grows, recruit, onboard, and develop sales talent, setting clear expectations and providing consistent coaching along the way.
