  • Responsibilities: Responsible to perform Daily Warranty Claims for per month , closing for submission and not to missed out any Warranty Claims RO submission by dateline and assist workshop daily operation for frontline. Administer warranty and recall processes, ensuring compliance with policies and guidelines. Train and enforce warranty standards, including the development of SOPs and guidelines. Monitor warranty and recall claims submitted, reviewing and approving, amending, or rejecting them in alignment with policy requirements. Ensure claim verifications are completed within the required timeline and facilitate full reimbursement of warranty and recall claims from suppliers for local parts and accessories. Analyze warranty claims, including identifying common failure rates and top cases for product quality improvement. Develop training manuals for refresher training or audit purposes, utilizing the Teams platform within the Group/Company. Fact check and identify broken processes and systems, implementing necessary reinforcement measures. Roll out warranty programs to proactively address issues, including pre-purchasing warranty parts and recall parts for immediate rectification. Coordinate with relevant personnel for efficient and timely handling of warranty and recall parts. Provide support for warranty audits, ensuring compliance across branches. Communicate with Warranty PICs regarding any issues and concerns, escalating feedback to Manager when necessary. Monitor warranty audit schedules across the board, particularly for branches. Consolidate goodwill cases from the Monthly Warranty Report.
  • Required Skills: Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in aftersales or warranty administration. Strong knowledge of warranty policies, processes, and compliance requirements. Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. Proficient in using warranty claim management systems. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proactive problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Prior experience in the automotive industry will be an advantage.
