Euro Arcade Sdn. Bhd. is an importer, exporter, and distributor of premium FMCG products including snacks, confectionery, beverages, and frozen foods, headquartered in Petaling Jaya with operations across Malaysia, Hong Kong, and the UAE.

We are seeking a Digital Marketing & Communications Specialist, based in our Malaysia office, to own the external voice of the group across every digital channel and every entity (Malaysia, Hong Kong, and the UAE). The role is responsible for planning, creating, and delivering content across social media platforms and company websites, running digital marketing campaigns, and ensuring the business speaks with one clear, consistent voice to the market.

The successful candidate will combine creative flair with commercial thinking and a strong sense of brand discipline. They will work closely with internal teams across the business to bring the company’s story to life across every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities

Own and execute the social media strategy across all channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and others), including content planning, creation, and publishing; tailor content and messaging for the group’s multi-market audience across Malaysia, Hong Kong, and the UAE.

Manage active community engagement across all channels: respond to comments, DMs, and reviews within agreed timelines; identify and escalate potential issues or opportunities.

Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with relevant KOLs, influencers, and content creators across platforms; coordinate paid partnerships and organic collaborations.

Manage content across all company websites (Euro Arcade group properties), ensuring content is current, accurate, on-brand, and aligned with business priorities.

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (organic and paid social, email, digital advertising) to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and support commercial objectives.

Plan, design, and execute WhatsApp and email marketing campaigns, including broadcasts, newsletters, and promotional communications; design the visual assets, layouts, and templates required for both channels.

Create and coordinate content assets (visuals, videos, copy, campaigns) using Canva or equivalent tools, and brief external designers or agencies for larger projects.

Act as the guardian of brand voice and communications discipline: align messaging across the business so we speak as one company, with a clear and consistent message to the market.

Partner closely with sales, IT, and other internal teams to coordinate product launches, campaigns, and go-to-market activities.

Use AI tools to accelerate content ideation, creation, and analysis while maintaining brand standards and quality.

Track, analyse, and report performance across all digital channels (engagement, reach, website traffic, campaign ROI); translate insights into ongoing content and campaign improvements.

Practical experience with AI content tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, or similar) and how to apply them in content workflows without losing brand quality.

Sharp eye for brand consistency, tone of voice, and communications discipline; comfortable pushing back on off-brand content.

Composure under pressure with basic awareness of how to handle negative comments, reviews, or reputation issues, including when to escalate.
