CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Conduct research to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitors' activities related to products and lab services. Stay informed about the latest developments in the field.
2. Use digital marketing tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Lightroom, Canva, etc/anything else equivalent.
3. Use Adobe apps (Creative Cloud) are widely/globally used for marketing like poster/video editing/photo editing.
4. Create basic filming for company video/product intro/etc.
5. Create SEO/website creation.
6. Develop and execute marketing strategies and plans to promote the lab's product, testing services, and expertise. This includes setting clear goals and KPIs.
7. Create engaging content that highlights the lab's capabilities, product, and test results. This may include blog posts, articles, whitepapers, and other relevant content.
8. Utilize digital channels, such as the lab's website, social media platforms, email marketing, and online advertising, to reach the target audience effectively.
9. Maintain and enhance the Lab's brand identity. Ensure that all marketing materials and messages align with the lab's brand.
10. Plan and execute promotional events, webinars, seminars, and conferences to showcase the lab's expertise and materials. Coordinate participation in relevant industry trade shows.
11. Monitor marketing campaigns and initiatives, track key performance metrics, and provide regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Develop, design and maintain the promotional campaign that includes email marketing online advertising, brochures and flyers.
2. To design and update company profiles, business card and updating company website when required.
3. To place cold calls at least 8-10 telemarketing calls a day as a form of obtaining new customers and introducing products and services and provide a summary report to Sales Manager on weekly basis
4. Work closely with sales team and get the latest updates on sales activity and prepare the updated weekly report to management.
5. Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, using customer questionnaires and competition ventures.
6. Maintain and update customer, product and services database.
7. To work on relevant task assigned by management.
8. Providing support with tender bids, including collating information and assisting with the timely completion and returning of information via email and portals.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
a) Min. Degree holder in related field.
b) Preferably min. 3 to 5 years working experience in related field.
c) experience in basic filming for company video/product intro/etc
d) Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Lightroom, Canva, etc/anything else equivalent.
e) Knowledge on SEO/website creation.
f) Those with marketing/mass communication diploma/degree should have learnt these in their modules, at least the basics of each.
g) excellent Marketing ideas, designing experience and computer literate related to marketing field.
h) Proven experience in marketing field
