Tutors who conduct tuitions and teach students based on national curriculum guidelines (KSSR - SK and SJKC) within their specialist subject areas.
Have patience with students and be able to control the class without losing temper and affecting emotion.
Experienced in conducting online classes and keeping the classes lively, interactive and maintaining two-way communications between tutor and students.
Provide feedback regarding students' learning, capabilities, and area of improvement to parents from time to time.
Able to motivate and advise students when students are in need of support.
This is not active employment, but rather a part-time job where tutors will be paid on an hourly basis and/or by commission based. Teaching/Tutoring time is flexible (depends on tutors' free time).
Teaching materials can be made available if tutors do not have any. However, tutors must have experience in teaching such subjects previously, either in tuition centres or at schools.

6. Classroom Management: Create a supportive and inclusive virtual learning environment, ensuring that all students feel comfortable and motivated to participate.
7. Technology Proficiency: Be proficient in using virtual classroom tools and digital resources to facilitate learning and interaction.
8. Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methodologies, trends, and best practices in language education.
9. Attendance and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress reports.
10. Compliance: Adhere to company policies, teaching standards, and ensure a safe and respectful learning environment.
Requirements:
• Diploma/degree in English, Education, or a related field (TEFL/TESOL certification is a plus).
• Previous experience in teaching English, either in a traditional classroom or virtually.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Familiarity with virtual teaching tools and platforms.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace at home.
• Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate students’ requirement.
