We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support an Associate Wealth Director at Prudential. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, responsive, and comfortable assisting with daily administrative tasks, scheduling, and client-related coordination.
Provide efficient and effective support to the Director.
Plan, organize, and arrange corporate and personal travel itineraries and meetings by developing itineraries and agendas. This includes ticket and hotel bookings, visa processing, booking other transportation, and handling other documentation related to travel.
Travel with the Director four times a year to destinations such as Europe and Japan.
