Co-Packing Operations Planning & Execution. Review daily and weekly plans; confirm product, packaging material, JO/PO, manpower and capacity readiness; coordinate production sequence; manage urgent jobs; resolve bottlenecks and implement recovery plans.
Performance Management & Reporting. Track output versus plan, productivity, service and open actions; prepare weekly/monthly reports; analyse gaps; escalate risks with corrective and recovery actions.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management. Act as the main coordination point; facilitate Weekly Operation Review; align priorities; track supplier commitments and performance; ensure overdue actions are closed.
