Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Business DevelopmentIdentify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in OEM and aftermarket segments.Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, and proposals.Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.2. Customer Relationship ManagementMaintain good relationships with existing customers and distributors.Provide technical support and product presentations to customers.Visit customer sites regularly to understand requirements and resolve issues.Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.3. Technical SupportWork closely with the engineering team to recommend suitable products or solutions.Support customers with installation guidance, troubleshooting, and after-sales service.Provide feedback to the technical team regarding product performance and market requirements.4. Reporting & CoordinationPrepare weekly/monthly sales reports.Coordinate with internal departments (purchasing, logistics, and accounts) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and product training when required.
Work hand-in-hand with the Business Development team as the technical authority in customer meetings, RFQ responses, and deal negotiations to help close C&I opportunities.
Lead technical presentations and solution demonstrations to C&I customers, clearly articulating the value of our BESS products against competing offerings.
Own the preparation of technical proposals, system specs, and BOQ in response to customer enquiries and tenders.
