The Senior Revenue Executive is responsible for maximizing overall revenue and profitability for the capsule hotel. Given the high-volume, low-margin nature of the business, this focuses heavily on high-turnover inventory strategies (including hourly/day-use bookings), aggressive dynamic pricing, and the strategic growth of ancillary revenue (paid amenities and add-ons). Reporting directly to the Senior Business Operation Manager, this role ensures optimal occupancy while driving profitability through low-cost distribution and cross-selling.

Key Responsibilities:

High-Turnover Pricing & Inventory Strategy

Micro-Stay & Hourly Pricing: Develop and manage pricing models for non-traditional stay patterns, including day-use, transit, or hourly bookings to maximize bed utilization within a 24-hour cycle.
Bed-Type Differentiation: Implement dynamic pricing strategies for different capsule tiers (e.g., zones).
Aggressive Yield Management: Apply real-time rate adjustments based on hyper-local event demand, public transport schedules, flight departure, and walk-in volume.

Ancillary Revenue Optimization

Paid-Amenity Strategy: Collaborate with Operations to price and package mandatory or optional paid add-ons.

Low-Cost Distribution & Channel Management

Flash-Sale & Hostel OTA Management: Manage and monitor niche distribution channels suited for budget travelers, backpackers, and transit passengers (e.g., Agoda, Booking.com, Expedia).
Automation Auditing: Ensure the Channel Manager and ABS update capsule availability instantly to prevent double-bookings during high-turnover windows.

Forecasting & Agile Analytics

Short-Term Booking Pace: Focus heavily on short-term forecasting (7 days out), as capsule hotel booking windows are typically very short and heavily reliant on same- day or walk-in traffic.
Competitor & Alternative Benchmarking: Monitor traditional Capsule competitors, digital nomad spaces, and budget hostels to ensure price competitiveness.
Ancillary Attach-Rate Tracking: Analyse the "attach rate" of paid amenities to identify which items generate the highest profit margins and adjust pricing accotdingly
