Coordinate production planning to meet customer demand and on-time delivery targets. Manage import, export, warehousing, and transportation activities. Monitor slow-moving, rejected, and scrap materials while optimizing inventory levels. Ensure compliance with HSE, ISO/IATF standards, and company policies. Drive Lean, VEP, and continuous improvement initiatives.
