To provide technical support to the Contract Manufacturer for executing the assembly processes, ECN implementation, troubleshooting production issues to meet defined standards of quality and on-time delivery, materials form-fit qualification, and evaluation.
You adhere to Integer’s Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.
Develop and optimize manufacturing processes by designing and conducting analysis programs, applying knowledge of product design and fabrication, and implementing strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
Perform process development activities, including process parameter scouting, optimization, verification, and process freeze, to achieve project targets in timeline, quality, cost competitiveness, and manufacturability.
Own and continuously improve calibration and test processes for products, including performance metrics such as First Pass Yield (FPY), repeatability, reproducibility, cycle time, and compliance with product performance and quality requirements.
Support to manage and supervise MSL activities in conducting validation, evaluation, characterization of media, media process and related components compliance and design margin.
Serve as the Package Engineering representative on cross functional leadership teams, setting technical direction and ensuring packages are fully characterized, qualified, and released to production on schedule while meeting stringent mechanical, electrical, performance, reliability, and quality requirements.
Drive cost reduction, weed out unwarranted expenses/wastages, find alternative sources and improve processes with innovative solutions to raise efficiency.
Perform Process development activities (Process parameters scouting, optimization, verification and Process Freeze) in Development projects to meet the project targets in term of timeline, quality, cost competitiveness and manufacturability
