Responsibilities: Sales and Customer Service - Provide assistance to customer to ensure satisfaction, follow-up on customer purchases and maintain customer database Maintenance and up-keeping of work environment Personal grooming - Uphold the highest standard of Brand image and adhere to the Brand’s grooming and uniform guidelines at all times. Undertake all administrative duties assigned by Retail / Counter Manager Maintain accurate stock records, conducts stock checks and report discrepancies to Retail / Counter Manager. Requirement: Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience Possess with Makeup Certificate (Makeup Artist Position only) Able to communicate effectively and excellent customer service skill Social Selling Skills. i.e.: Social Posting, Virtual Consultation, Live Streaming Able to work on shift basis and long hours
