This role ensures consistent execution of IT projects, operational support, and change management from planning through implementation, while supporting business expansion and ongoing IT operations at the BU level.
The role acts as the regional authority for IT standards, delivery discipline, and operational performance, ensuring alignment across all BUs without direct involvement in software development.
Campaign and Trade Execution & Coordination- Assist in the rollout of trade marketing campaigns across accounts in Traditional Trade Channel, coordinate with vendors and agencies on deliverables and timelines, liaise with internal stakeholders for timely execution- Coordinate POSM (Point-of-Sale Materials) production, deployment and tracking- Support in organizing roadshows & sampling activations and coordinate with agencies, BD and Brand Marketing for timely execution and impactful result- Support new product launches through sample distribution, merchandising kits and channel-specific activation
