The Sales, Marketing and Public Relations (SMPR) Executive is responsible to drive marketing and sales activities of the Hospital. The SMPR Executive needs to be self-motivated and result oriented with strong closing skills, familiar with various social media platforms, marketing tools and strategies and sales partnerships. The responsibilities shall include but not limited to researching the target industry to discover prospecting opportunities, grow the hospital business by developing and executing marketing plans to deliver sales target, creation and development of marketing strategies to optimize digital reach, carry out and manage sales and marketing activities to new or existing customers.

To perform full cycle of recruitment process including preparation of job description, job posting, talent sourcing, screening, interviewing and conduct background check on potential candidates.
Work closely with different departments to ensure workforce stability.
Preparation of hiring documentation, ie offer letter, employee personal information and etc.
Assist and perform onboarding process for newcomers.
Manage and maintain employee’s database.
To perform full spectrum of payroll functions including payroll calculation, allowances, overtime payment and etc.
Ensure accurate and timely salary payout in compliance with all statutory requirements with regards to monthly contribution and deduction.
Prepare and submit monthly payroll reports, statutory forms, and related documents.
Ensure employee database is up to date with their info and remuneration details.
Keep up to date with latest statutory requirements to ensure compliance with the current law and requirement.
Ensure good relationship with the employee and understand their needs and grievances.
Provide advisory in terms of managing discipline, performance issue and facilitate employee-manager discussions.
Identify training requirements and needs from different department and coordinate staff training.
REQUIREMENTS:
Degree in Human Resources other related discipline.
Minimum 3 – 5 years working experience in similar role with hands on experience in payroll processing.
Well-verse with HR/Employment related regulations & Employment Act with latest amendment.
Strong computer skills including proficient in MS Office applications.
Strong work ethic and comfortable working in a team environment.
Problem solving and analytical skills.
Ability to keep information confidential.
