Provide advisory in terms of managing discipline, performance issue and facilitate employee-manager discussions. Identify training requirements and needs from different department and coordinate staff training. REQUIREMENTS: Degree in Human Resources other related discipline. Minimum 3 – 5 years working experience in similar role with hands on experience in payroll processing. Well-verse with HR/Employment related regulations & Employment Act with latest amendment. Strong computer skills including proficient in MS Office applications. Strong work ethic and comfortable working in a team environment. Problem solving and analytical skills. Ability to keep information confidential.
