  • RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY 1. To assist in update receiving goods and goods stock out record. 2. To assist in maintain and compile purchasing records by generate service orders, update orders status and documentations. 3. To assist in communicate and liaise verbally and in writing between customers / suppliers / enquirers and relevant staff. 4. To assist in preparation of supplier survey form in order to evaluate capacity and reliable of the suppliers. 5. To undertake other related jobs as directed by Purchasing Executive from time to time. QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE: 1. Candidate must possess at least SPM or diploma in any disciplines or equivalent. 2. Minimum 1-2 years working experience in Purchasing/Buyer/Procurement field. 3. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply as training will be provided. 4. Computer literate. 5. Full-Time position(s) available. KEY SKILLS AND INTERESTS: 1. Excellent communications skills. 2. Good negotiation skills with suppliers and customers. 3. Computer skills. 4. Ability to manage priorities, ready to multi-task and ability to work independently without continuous direction or supervision. Job Highlights: Regular hours Mondays - Friday
