Responsible to assist the Group Manager to plan and organize all activities within the procurement functions for the Building Materials & Constuction Division. This includes, but is not limited to, sourcing, negotiating, procuring, logistic arrangements, customs, product inspection, and liaising with individual Departments / Companies under the Property Development & Constuction business.
Ensure strict cost control to guarantee budget conformity.
Responsible for coordinating timely order processing, delivery scheduling, and transport arrangement.
