The successful candidate will ensure effective implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) per ISO standards to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities include supporting the QMS, conducting audits, and driving initiatives for quality improvement. Candidates should hold a degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
Quality Assurance (System & Process): Develop and implement project-specific Quality Management Systems (QMS) aligned with standards like ISO 9001. This includes reviewing method statements, checking structural drawings, and developing Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) before site activities begin.
Quality Control (Execution & Inspection): Conduct routine physical inspections and material testing (e.g., concrete slump, rebar tensile strength, soil compaction) to verify the workmanship and materials match the approved specifications.
Defect Management & Non-Conformance Reports (NCR): Identify construction defects, raise NCRs to halt non-compliant work, and oversee corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) until the issue is safely resolved.
