JOB DESCRIPTION
• Responsible handle customer complaint,feedback and replying to their mails and query timely.
• Responsible to handle Customer Pre & Post Audit Preparation
• Co-Ordinate Customer Sample Preparation with related Departiment for shipment
• Categorized the product according to the quality.
• Preparation of Quality Report.
• Well verse in Failure Analysis methodolgy and able to construct 8D Report
• Familiar and Understand ISO 9001, IATF16949 and VDA6.3 Quality Standard
• Knowledge of PPAP submission is essential
• Adhere to Environmental, Safety and code compliance regulations.
