High level: Lead and manage the Metrology & Test Development function for geometry reflective waveguide development and industrialization programs.
Minimum 12–15 years of previous hands-on experience in metrology, test development, characterization and/or optical component manufacturing, with at least 3–5 years in a technical leadership or people-management role.
