Define and govern planning strategies and scenarios (e.g., make‑to‑stock, make‑to‑order, reorder point planning, STO planning with MRP areas, contract management, intercompany PO‑SO, toll manufacturing and production execution).
Drive master data readiness and governance: material master, BOM/recipes, routings, work centers, production versions, MRP parameters and role/authorization matrix to ensure proper segregation of duties.
