Execute the Company's process for reviewing and determining foreign worker contract renewal, including obtaining feedback from relevant stakeholders on the employee's performance, conduct, attendance, work suitability and business requirements.
Conduct and/or coordinate the foreign worker's consent survey to confirm the employee's willingness to continue working with the Company.
