  • JOB SUMMARY The role for Senior Executive, HRA Is Tasked To Assist The HRA Senior Manager & Manager In The Full Spectrum Of HR Functions Which Includes Payroll, Administrative, Recruitment, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Employee Services, HR Policies And Procedures, Disciplinary And General Administration Matters. JOB REQUIREMENTS - Must Possess At Least A Bachelor’s Degree In Human Resource Management / Business Administration Or Any Relevant Field Of Study. - Fluent In Both Written And Spoken In English And Bahasa Malaysia. Third Language Is Added Advantage. - Minimum Experience 4-5 Years Of Experience In Human Resource And Administration Or Related. - Knowledge In Use Of Spreadsheets, Database, Word Processing And Selected Job Specific Software. - Good Communication Skill. - Self-Motivated And Willing To "Do What It Takes" To Get The Job Done. - Strong Work Ethic And Ability To Work With Minimal Supervision. - Attention To Detail And Accuracy. - Strong Problem Solving And Analytical Skills With The Ability To Clearly Communicate And Share Solutions With Fellow Team Members. - Excellent Written, Verbal, And Communications Skills To Interact With Stakeholders. - Sound Knowledge In HRA Statues And Practices. Ability To Adapt Soundly With All New / Updated Regulations. Knowledgeable in Payroll Process & Staffs Claims. - Able To Multitask. JOB DESCRIPTION - To Assist In Promoting And Ensuring All Human Resources Programs Are Implemented Effectively Within The Company Budget And Guidelines. - To Assist In Formulating And Implementing HRA Policies, Rules And Regulations. - To Prepare And Revise On Budget Consolidation For All Departments Particularly On Manpower Budget And Salary Costing. - To Monitor Overtime And Staff Claims. - To Assist In The Handling Of Staff Disciplinary Issues And Workplace Counseling Sessions. - To Ensure Employee Welfare And Benefits Are Administered In Accordance With The Terms And Conditions Of Employment. - To Propose, Develop And Implement Policies And Systems To Improve The Overall Efficiency Of The Department. - To Assist In Promoting And Ensuring All Human Resource Programs Are Implemented Effectively Within Company Budget And Guidelines. - To Handle Staff Matters Such As Reviewing And Recommending Measures To Be Taken To Enhance Industrial Relations, Staff Morale, Grievances And Working Environment. - To Handle IR Issues Ensuring Compliance With The Malaysian Labor Law And Industrial Relation Act. - To Assist In Formulating And Implementing HR Policies, Rules, And Regulations. - To Work Collaboratively Within The HR Team And With Functional Management To Ensure Effective HR Service. - Performs Other Duties Or Assignments As Instructed By Superior From Time To Time. - Assistant In Overtime Claims And Report. - Ensure All Department Overtime Claims Are Submitted To HRA Department On Time. - To Check All Overtime Are Claimed According To The Company’s Overtime Policy And Procedures. - Provide Necessary Assistance To Employees On All Overtime Claims Processes, Procedures, And Enquires. - Responsible For Staff Welfare Such As Donations, Pensions. Medical Or Other Benefit Claim. - To Coordinate With Insurance Agent Regarding Any Medical Or Insurance Claims Issues. - To Liaise With Authorities Regarding Any Related Matters That Arise - Accountable For Any Donation Process From Distributing The Donations Memos To All Departments To The Compiling For Donations Collections And Submit Of Total Donations. - Process And Record All Staff Medical Claims. - Provide Assistance To Employees Medical And Benefit Claims Records. - Prepare Staff Verification And Process Relevant Documents Related To Pension, SOCSO, And Other Claims. - Internally And Externally, Reviewing Resumes And Applications, Schedule Interviews And Working With Recruitment Agencies To Source For Candidates For Specific Job Positions). - Conducting Employee Orientation And Facilitating Newcomers Joining Formalities. - Maintaining And Regularly Updating Master Database (Personal File, Personal Database, etc) Of Each Employee. - Prepare Letters Such As Offer Letter, Letter Of Termination And Confirmation Letter To Probationary Staff. - Conducting Exit Interviews For Employees And Recording Them Accordingly. - Reviewing Job Descriptions For All Positions At Regular Intervals And Updating Them In Consultation With The Respective Managers. - Formulating And Implementing HRA Policies, Rules Report, Staff Movement (New Hire And Internal Transfer), Total Staff List, And Able To Do Presentations To Brief About The Recruitment Status As And When Required. - Prepare Various Letters e.g. Termination, Transfer, Staff Confirmations, Promotions, Retirement, And etc. - Monitor On Staff Progress Within Six Months Probrationary Period. - Attend Career Fairs For Recruiting And Company Recognition. - Coordinate Employee Induction Program & Arrange On Boarding On New Hires. - Performing References & Background Check For Potentials Employees. - Perform Data Gathering And Analysis Related To Staffing Activities, Including All Personal Files Are Completed And Up To Date. - Responsible For Effective Recruitment Process Internally And Externally. - To Assist In Providing Internship Placement For Students With Respective Department.
