Role:The Site Supervisor involves the management and supervision of a construction site in accordance with health and safety guidelines. The Site Supervisor must responsible to assess hazards, determine risks, conduct regular inspections and maintain a safety programme.
Responsibilities:1. Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision and communicate them to workers2. Organize workflow and ensure that workers understand their duties or delegated tasks3. Monitor workers’ productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching4. Monitor project site progress5. Assist engineer or project manager for site inspection6. Receive complaints and resolve problems7. Maintain timekeeping and worker’s records8. Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa9. Prepare and submit daily site dairy or performance reports10. Train new workers11. Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises12. Organize project and workers site working activity comply to project HSE requirement13. Enforce HSE working culture

The Safety and Health Officer is to perform duties of SHO as specified in the OSHA 1994 and OSH (SHO Regulation) regulation 18, 19 and 20. The Safety and Health including statutory laws and regulations in relation to all activities in the project.
To coordinate all the Safety and Health activities in the project site.
Conduct HIRADC and Job Safety Analysis and take preventive action in safety and health matters.
