- Key Responsibilities* Manage and grow the company’s TikTok presence.* Research TikTok trends, competitors, viral formats and emerging content opportunities.* Develop weekly and monthly TikTok content plans.* Conceptualise, script, shoot and edit short-form video content.* Create strong hooks, captions and storytelling formats optimised for viewer retention.* Publish and manage TikTok content consistently.* Monitor TikTok analytics including views, watch time, retention, engagement and follower growth.* Identify winning content formats and continuously optimise future content.* Support TikTok campaigns, TikTok Shop, affiliate and livestream initiatives where required.* Work closely with Marketing and Creative teams to ensure content supports brand and commercial objectives.
- Requirements* 1–3 years experience in TikTok, social media or content creation preferred.* Strong understanding of Malaysian TikTok culture and trends.* Strong short-form video shooting and editing skills.* Proficient in CapCut; Premiere Pro or equivalent is an advantage.* Able to develop concepts and scripts independently.* Understand hooks, storytelling, pacing and retention.* Comfortable analysing TikTok performance data.* Creative, fast-moving and comfortable testing new ideas.* Portfolio of TikTok / short-form content strongly preferred.* Comfortable appearing on camera is an advantage.
