Overview The CRM Developer is responsible for Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 development, customization, implementation, and maintenance. The candidate will develop and support CRM applications, integrations, workflows, plugins, and interfaces through .NET web services and APIs. The role requires close collaboration with business users, functional consultants, and project teams to deliver quality CRM solutions. Responsibilities • Develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 solutions. • Participate in requirements gathering and assist in translating business requirements into technical solutions. • Develop CRM plugins, workflows, custom modules, and integrations using CRM SDK, C# and .NET technologies. • Build and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP web services and APIs. • Configure and support CRM security roles, teams, business processes, and system configurations. • Support mailbox configuration, server-side synchronization, and CRM administration activities. • Perform unit testing, system testing, bug fixing, and deployment activities. • Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolution. • Prepare technical documentation and deployment documentation. • Provide post-implementation support and maintenance services. • Work closely with project team members to ensure successful delivery of CRM projects. • Ensure application performance, code quality, and maintainability. Requirements • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent. • Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 development. • Experience in CRM customization, configuration, workflows, plugins, and integrations. • Knowledge of C# and .NET development. • Experience in developing and consuming REST or SOAP web services. • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate, will be an advantage. • Basic knowledge of Azure services will be an advantage. • Knowledge of Microsoft IIS administration and configuration. • Experience with source code versioning tools such as Azure DevOps or TFS.
