- • Conduct speech, language and communication assessments for children• Plan and carry out individualized therapy sessions based on each child’s needs• Work with children with autism, developmental delay, speech delay, ADHD and learning difficulties• Prepare therapy goals, progress reports and home program recommendations• Guide and communicate with parents regarding child progress and intervention strategies• Collaborate with special educators, occupational therapists and intervention team members• Maintain proper documentation and therapy records• Create a positive, engaging and child-friendly therapy environment• Participate in case discussions and professional development when required
