Conduct regular site inspections to identify any potential safety or quality issues and address them promptly. Maintain daily site logs, including work progress, material usage, and manpower allocation. Assist in resolving site-related issues, including resource shortages, scheduling conflicts, or technical challenges. Coordinate the delivery and storage of materials on-site to prevent delays. Ensure proper use of construction tools, equipment, and machinery. Report progress and any issues to the Site Manager or Project Manager on a regular basis. Ensure all workers and subcontractors adhere to the company’s safety and quality standards.
