Remote Diagnostic & Troubleshooting: You must be able to remotely advise and guide on-site technicians through complex installations and failures. This involves diagnosing hardware, wiring, or software issues via remote access, video calls, or logs, and providing clear, decisive instructions to resolve the problem immediately.
Technical Proposal Audit & Optimization: Review all technical proposals to ensure solutions are "fit-for-purpose." You will identify overkill or redundant components and refine designs to be more cost-effective and operationally efficient.
