Tasks include but are not limited to: Pricing reviews, Cost Analysis Sheet creation, review and submission, liase with MITI as required for approval process, coordinate with functional areas to monitor sourcing changes. Periodic review of standard cost fluctuation to determine adherence to rules of origin thresholds. Maintenance of all records, data integrity and supporting documentation to ensure Hershey is able to support FTA claims. Research Hershey item ingredient composition and sourcing to determine Country of Origin based on applicable Rules of Origin. This requires an in-depth understanding of regulations as well as the specific methods (RVC, Tariff Shift and De minimis) to determine Country of Origin. This also requires coordination and information gathering across a variety of corporate functional areas including commodities, co-manufacturing, R&D, QRC, and others. Prepare Monthly Metrics for CAS. Maintenance of data and electronic records for Special Programs, HTS classification and Country of origin through Hershey’s Global Trade System, and other databases. Maintain Special Programs Matrix. This includes record keeping and audit of FTA Certificates issued by suppliers. FTA qualification.
