About Us: We are a premier Texas Barbecue brand based in Cyberjaya, dedicated to delivering authentic, high-quality culinary experiences. You will spearhead platform-specific strategies across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and Threads, leveraging your deep expertise in the Malaysian market to build community and brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Strategy: Develop and execute tailored, organic content strategies for TikTok (short-form discovery), Facebook (broad reach and community groups), Instagram (visual storytelling), and Threads (conversational engagement) tailored specifically to the Malaysian market.
Authentic Storytelling: Shift the narrative from direct sales pitches to compelling brand storytelling that highlights our product’s unique value positioning against market competitors.
Market & Data Analysis: Conduct thorough competitor analysis and actively monitor local F&B digital trends. Analyze organic social media metrics to interpret what the audience values and continuously refine the content strategy.
Community Building: Foster and grow an engaged online community by translating brand identity into formats that convert audience interest into deep brand loyalty.
Vendor Coordination: Collaborate seamlessly with our existing third-party paid media partners to ensure brand consistency across both organic and paid channels.
Project Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of organic content, from project planning and ideation to vendor coordination and final execution.

Qualifications:

Experience: Proven track record in organic social media management, community building, and content creation, preferably within the F&B or lifestyle sectors.
Platform Expertise: Deep, tactical understanding of the algorithms, mechanics, and current trends of Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and Threads within Malaysia.
Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret engagement data and translate insights into actionable, creative strategies.
Creative Vision: Exceptional storytelling capabilities with a visionary mindset that can bridge the gap between a premium product and customer desires.
