Safety & Quality Control (Inspection): Conduct thorough inspections of all scaffolding structures before, during, and after erection. You will check for proper installation, bracing, and stability, ensuring all components strictly meet industry standards and safety specifications.
Technical Design & Sketching: Take the lead on designing scaffolding structures. You will draft technical sketches, calculate weight limitations, determine the correct scaffolding types, and map out fall protection systems.
Project Planning & Strategy: Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Engineers to understand the unique scaffold requirements for specific projects, developing plans that align with both project specs and safety regulations.
