Assist in managing overall sales admin operation.
Monitoring of dealers collection or allocation and dealer ordering or incoming stock.
Provide admin support to dealer incentive trip / campaign.
Assist in coordinating shipment arrival and sales billing.
Assist in preparing sales order and liaise with distributor.
To support HR related works in the Department ie. check staff attendance, staffs claims and others.
Any other tasks assigned by the company as and when required.
Job Requirements
Minimum certificate/diploma in Administration or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in the similar industries / capacity.
Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Execl and Words.
Possess the basic understanding of sales procedure flow and process.
Communicate and coordinate well with all levels of people.
Good in statistics calculation and analysis.
Able to perform work with minimum supervision, independent and willingness to learn new things.
Candidate having experience in an Admin or Sales environment will be added advantage.
