Christy NG Shoes Sdn Bhd merupakan sebuah syarikat menjual kasut secara dalam talian yang khusus kepada kasut yang ditempah buatan tangan (custom made), kasut untuk perkahwinan, dan mereka fesyen kasut tumit tinggi wanita. Christy Ng boleh mereka kasut mengikut ukuran saiz kaki pengguna . Selain itu Christy Ng juga mempunyai pelbagai aksesori lengkap termasuk custom-made beg tangan.

Retail Manager

Keperluan

  • We are looking for passionate individuals to lead our retail team in a major shopping mall in Klang Valley. 
    • Minimum 3 years experience in retail chain / footwear retail
    • Min education SPM / Certicate / Diploma
    • Basic proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu. Mandarin is a bonus but not mandatory.

Tanggungjawab

  • We are looking for leaders who can lead a team in our upcoming shoe retail store in a major mall in Klang Valley.
  • Managing and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency;
  • Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control;
  • Analysing sales figures and forecasting future sales;
  • Analysing and interpreting trends to facilitate planning;
  • Using information technology to record sales figures, for data analysis and forward planning;
  • Dealing with staffing issues such as interviewing potential staff, conducting appraisals and performance reviews, as well as
  • Providing or organising training and development;
  • Ensuring standards for quality, customer service and satisfaction are met;
  • Responding to customer complaints and comments;
  • Organising special promotions, displays and events;
  • Attending and chairing meetings;
  • Updating colleagues on business performance, new initiatives and other pertinent issues;
  • Talking to colleagues and customers and identifying or resolving urgent issues;
  • Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what local competitors are doing;
  • Initiating changes to improve the business, e.g. revising opening hours to ensure the store can compete effectively in the local market;
  • Ensuring sales targets are met and achieved.
  • Ensuring customers shoes are delivered as per scheduled as per promised date.

  • Min 14 annual leave per year, more for senior position.
