Xin Ji Signature is a Chinese cuisine restaurant which highlights on the mixed cuisine of historical Melaka famous Hainanese cuisine and modern Local Chinese cuisine. Hainanese cuisine originally from Melaka, Jalan Tengkera who owned more than 60 years of history on its Mutton Soup and Chicken Rice, which started since year 1950s'.

The overall dining concept suits all age category of diners with its menu comprises from its famous chicken rice, wantan mee, braised pork rice to wok fried of family dishes such as famous Mutton Soup, double boiled soup, steam fish & seafood, selected in-house special menus, as well as custom VIP and celebration menus.
