Inner Peace is a talent management company focusing in hiring and training youths from Borneo

into the spa, beauty and wellness industry. Our program includes jobs guaranteed for a minimum

of 2 years as we collaborate with the spa industry players to ensure the sustainability of the program.

Besides churning out our own students, we also collaborate with other academy in placing their

graduates into the spa, beauty and wellness industry.

Inner Peace Certification program is always aligned with empowering women especially in the

rural area. Our target group are usually household income below RM3,000, women who are poor

in academic studies or those who cannot afford to further their studies. We continue to seek well

established spa industry players to collaborate with us in the hope to achieve our vision of creating

international recognized brand that contributes in shaping the future of the spa industry in

Malaysia and uplift the community livelihood of the rural area of Borneo.

We are proud that we are the first company in Malaysia that offers out of the box hiring solutions

to the spa industry. Our project team travels around Malaysia to help hotels, resorts and day spas

during their peak season or when spas are faced with recruitment challenges. Some of our clients

include Spa Village at YTL Resorts and Spa, The Westin, Four Seasons, Hammam, The Danna,

Shangri-La’s etc…

Key to this is empowering Borneo therapists to recognize their gifts; inspiring them to deliver guest

experiences with genuine sensitivity and professionalism, this is also part of our Corporate Social

Responsibilities (CSR)
