Responsible for all the crockeries, cutleries, equipments and linen of the Food &Beverage outlets.u2022 Responsible for the monthly inventory stock-take and management reports for anydiscrepancy.u2022 Oversees and monitor the daily operation needs of crockeries and cutleries in all theFood & Beverage outlets.u2022 Checks the Banquet function order carefully and arrange according to therequirements.u2022 Assists the setting up and dismantling of all Banquet functions.u2022 Ensures the tidiness and cleanliness of the Banquet halls and store room.u2022 Checks and monitors handling of crockeries and cutleries.u2022 Assists in the Coffee House Room Service and Banquet hall especially during busyhours, if necessary.u2022 Liaise closely with Kitchen, Housekeeping, Coffee House and Banquet to ensure thatrequirements are met.u2022 Any other duties as may be assigned by the Management from time to time.other duties as may be assigned by the Management from time to time.Interested?
