As a Payroll Executive at Deriv, you will ensure that the compensation and benefits programmes are administered accurately and in a timely manner for our staff at Deriv offices around the world. You will provide effective administrative support to deliver an end-to-end workforce planning and resourcing service. You can broaden your HR experience in a multinational organisation while handling core human resources operational tasks.

Your challenges

Prepare and process monthly payroll for our global offices; compile monthly reports.
Handle the key processes of our employee life cycle, such as staff confirmation, probation extension, termination, resignation, and contract renewal.
Support talent management efforts, including work permit applications and onboarding of new employees.
Document new policies and procedures and maintain existing documents while ensuring data integrity.
Anticipate HR issues impacting business operations and provide recommendations to enhance our HR operational performance.
Assist employees with questions and ensure the issue is resolved.
