History

Scudai Development specialises in the development of high-quality residential property development including single and double storey Terrace houses (link houses), Semi-detached houses and High-rise apartments. Further to that, the company also develops commercial Shop offices at premium areas of the state.

The company’s development is located within the Iskandar Development Region (IDR) at the southern gateway of Peninsular Malaysia. In 2007, Scudai have completed a commercial development named Molek Commercial Centre located in Taman Molek which also is within the IDR. This centre consists of high-end shop office of innovative designs with provision of high investment returns. Currently the company is developing land estates in Taman Bukit Senang, Taman Skudai Indah, Nusa Damai, Tanjung Puteri Resort, Seri Alam ParkView, Austin Regency as well as Bayu Damansara @ PJU 10.

Being one of the integral parts of a group of affiliated companies, whose business activities range from Construction, Precast concrete manufacturing and Quarry, the Company attributed its success to a management team of dedicated personnel who have extensive experiences in building constructions and materials.

With the support of the federal government in ensuring the success of the Iskandar Development Region (IDR) and the dedication of the management to enhance property developments, the company aspires to augment its reputation as one of Malaysia’s most progressive and exciting property developer.
