We are not academy fantasia which focus on entertainment and talent discovery, we are not sport academy focus on tournament and competition, but we are a group of dedicated “BIOGENIC COACH” who wishes to contribute towards the attitude development of all Malaysian.

Through years of observation on world class achievers, we find that success is NOT ONLY A MATTER OF SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE, but also attitude and habit. With that mission in mind, Hitter Yew and his partner Sylvester Fan formulate the first ever “Character Building Academy” in Malaysia called Biogenic Aura Crest Academy (BACA)

We have a mission to implant “world class attitude” among Malaysian and we want to see more and more “world class achievers” shine Malaysia name in the world pordium.

We strongly believe our children can be in the limelight of the world. We also believe YOUR CHILDREN DESERVE THE BEST CHARACTER BUILDING PROGRAM and together we lead them towards excellence.

We all know that parent is the first teacher in every child’s life. All of us try our very best to educate our children so that they are COMPETATIVE IN TODAY’S CHALLENGING WORLD. Most of us start teaching our children with basic alphabet ABC, than we teach them basic figure like 1, 2, 3, .. For many parents, knowledge plays a vital role in our children upbringing. Some parents invest thousand of ringgit to buy a set of Encyclopedia for their children. They give them the best tuition class, a good laptop or send them to a top school. Straight A has almost become a unanimous calling of all parents. We want to see our children score well in their examination. Along the teaching process, MOST PARENTS NEGLECT THE TEACHING OF VALUES AND CHARACTERS.

What happen to our society today? We have ton of SOCIAL PROBLEMS THAT TRIGGER THE ALARM OF SOCIAL WELBEING. We have seen teenager’s trapped in the mak rempit act; some even become drug addicts, babies’ killer and juvenile crimes. When we ponder of all these challenges, we feel that as a Malaysia, we need to do something to overcome all these problems. Even though this is a massive issue and won't be able to be handled by just you and me, but when everyone start to share their concern, we can always do resolve the problems in one way or another. We believe that even if we can't reach the star, we can at least reach the moon. With this aspiration in mind, we wish to PLAY AN ACTIVE PART IN CHARACTER BUILDING activities and development nationwide. In order to make this mission more reachable, we would WORK CLOSELY with all parents, schools counselors, youth leaders, religious leaders and government agencies. With a good collaboration and team work, we will be able to touch the life of millions and make Malaysia the greatest countries in the world.

As a leader of character building in Malaysia, we wish to become the pioneer in character building awareness for parents and teachers in Malaysia. We also wish play a part COMPLEMENT THE NATIONAL EDUCATION PHILOSOPHY on balancing the education segment on mental and emotional development for students. In order to achieve this aspiration, we will work hard to design the BEST ATTITUDE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM to those who are dealing with our youth every day. We also wish to contribute ourselves in term of policy and planning that allign with the values development in Malaysia. By achieving this aspiration, we will help Malaysia become a strong country with stability, peace and advancement.

Through the education program set by Crest Academy, we hope that more and more people will start to appreciate character building as part of our national agenda. In fact, Crest Academy would like to MAKE A WAKING CALL to all Malaysian so that we do not become a victim to all the negative thoughts and problems that will destroy our beloved country image in the eyes of the world. To make this happen, we have designed a series or modules and training plan that work for all level of professionals, ages and ethnics. We also design learning education system, periodical publication and character building series to support the whole learning process.

TODAY PARENTHOOD IS GETTING TOUGHER. With the unlimited exposure of information, both good and bad through internet, our youth today are exposing to all kinds of moral threat. Due to pace of development and career commitment, it is indeed not easy for parents today to spend a quality time with our children. Most of the children are getting FIRST CLASS TREATMENT IN TERM OF LIFESTYLE AND COMFORT, BUT THIRD CLASS MORAL AND ATTITUDE development at home. Only minority parents are doing their “attitude homework” with children and educate them with values and religion. This missing part of the family upbringing brings a great burden to the teachers in schools.
