I have been part of the QA Department at this company for a 24-week internship. During this time, I have gained experience in inspecting incoming raw materials and packaging, conducting lab tests, completing HACCP documentation, overseeing trial and commercial product runs, managing CIP processes and sanitation, and using the SAP system. I conduct various inspections upon arrival of materials, perform lab tests to ensure specifications are met, and release products through SAP once they pass inspection. I also verify process flows, identify hazards, and ensure food safety through HACCP documentation. Additionally, I create SOPs for new lines, verify cleanliness processes, and conduct pH tests and chemical concentration checks. During trial and commercial runs, I monitor processes and conduct QA tests to ensure product quality. The company has a positive workplace culture, and my colleagues have been supportive and willing to teach me. My supervisor has provided me with a structured schedule to enhance my knowledge and skills.
