Aeon Big is a great place to work with excellent managers, supervisors, and staff. However, it is difficult for part-time workers to secure full-time positions. Part-time workers are only paid RM5 per hour and do not receive the same benefits as full-time employees, which is unfair. Despite this, I still recommend this job to everyone.
